'GlenPassage Pizzeria started with a humble vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The enterprise, established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, was initially a modest, family-managed shop nurturing recipes passed through generations.
The progenitor of 'GlenPassage Pizzeria', Marco Rossi, mastered her pizza-crafting skills during her sojourn across Italy, learning from esteemed pizza chefs in Naples—the original home of pizza. Upon her return to the UK, she pledged to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, sticking to traditional techniques and the most select ingredients.
From its inception as a cozy 12-seat pizza shop, it has flourished into a cherished neighborhood mainstay, with our devotion to excellence and genuineness staying steadfast. Our pizzeria continues to employ the age-old wood-fired ovens, we prepare our dough from scratch daily, and meticulously choose the best ingredients available.
To this day, 'GlenPassage Pizzeria' is still nurtured by the Rossi family, with its second generation at the helm, and our dedicated crew. While we have adopted some contemporary novelties, our core ethos remains unchanged: we craft delicious, authentic pizza that unites people.
