Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so promptly. Orders that have not yet been prepared can be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method within 15 minutes of placing the order. Unfortunately, once an order status has changed to 'Being Prepared' or ‘Ready for Delivery/Pickup’, it can no longer be canceled.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

If your order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, kindly contact us within 2 hours of receipt. Please provide a description of the issue and any relevant images to +44 20 7946 0958. Depending on the circumstance, we will offer a full or partial refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a replacement order.

Non-Delivery

In the event that your order does not arrive as expected, please get in touch with us immediately. If the non-delivery is attributable to an oversight on our part, we will provide a full refund, store credit, or resend the order depending on your preference.

Quality Concerns

At GlenPassage Pizzeria, we take pride in the quality of our offerings. If the food you receive is not up to our standards, please contact us within 2 hours with a detailed description and, if possible, photographs of the product. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution in the form of a refund, credit, or replacement.

Refund Processing

Once your request for a refund has been confirmed by our team, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times can vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact your credit card company or bank.
